This six hour workshop provides practical tools, techniques and templates for developing, launching, and evaluating an EMP. |

Overview |
The three elements of readiness, opportunity and support (the “R-O-S Model”) frame a sequence of connected learning experiences that guide participants through the practicalities of implementing the EMP model and embedding it so as to ensure sustainability. |

| Anticipated Outcomes |
Participants will broaden their understanding of the steps required to establish an EMP. They will learn the requisite strategies for creating organizational readiness, providing an array of learning opportunities, and building in appropriate mentoring support. |

Interactive format, experiential activities (case study, role play, matching exercise) to facilitate application of tools and techniques, completion of an EMP Assessment, a Mentoring Culture Audit and a Program Development Action Plan. |
