Lory A. Fischler | Senior Associate
- She co-authored with Dr. Lois J. Zachary, The Mentee’s Guide: Making Mentoring Work for You (2009) and Creating and Sustaining Collaborative Partnerships (2002). Major corporations have adopted her curriculum, Negotiation: Achieving Win-Win Results.
- Fischler is a regular guest lecturer at the Arizona State University School of Business.
- Program Development Specialist. Delivers leadership and mentoring training for corporate rollouts and organizational initiatives; coaches, designs and facilitates leadership programs and retreats.
- Fischler specializes in leadership development for leaders in health care and high tech manufacturing companies. She brings 25 years of expertise to help organizations of all sorts build teamwork, structure effective meetings, learn to manage conflict, and enhance communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Fischler created Leadership Development Services’ unique Effective Meeting Model© and the support training materials widely used by clients to improve the quality and efficiency of their meetings. She developed the Workstyle Inventory Instrument, which promotes self understanding and team interaction.
