Leadership Boot Camp
Week-long boot camps enable a company’s high potential and emerging leaders
to raise the bar on their leadership effectiveness and perform at their personal
best. Our dynamic and experiential learning opportunities enhance emotional intelligence,
increase leadership competency and promote leader self accountability. Participants
apply and integrate new learning through case studies, role plays, feedback and
individualized coaching sessions with boot camp coaches. Topics covered are customized
from a curriculum menu that includes: leadership best practices, emotional intelligence,
visioning, delegation, decision-making, persuasion, feedback, communication skills,
feedback, mentoring, team building and trust.
Leadership Institutes
Leadership Institutes are ideal for organizations that want
to build internal leadership capacity, take leaders to the
next level and/or enhance the performance of their current
leaders. The formats of our custom-designed intensive leadership
development programs vary from day-long, to several consecutive
multi-day programs, to quarterly year-long sessions. The
curriculum combines personal assessment, action learning,
skill building, team dynamics and personal leadership development
planning. Our Institutes create a dynamic, interactive learning
experience for the participants.
Leadership Roundtable
Structured in a bi-monthly six-session format, the leadership
roundtable format provides managers with a safe space to
share their leadership challenges and find effective strategies
to deal with emerging issues. Managers are introduced to
current best practices in leadership to improve their leadership
interactions and outcomes. During the two week intervals,
managers implement new strategies, and then re-convene to
share and assess outcomes and get feedback for continued
improvement.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching provides an individualized and confidential
forum to reflect on leadership practice. Coaching sessions
provide new perspectives and help leaders gain personal insights.
Our leadership coaches take leaders through goal setting
and visioning exercises that lead to raising individual and
